Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY 1.Cancellation of scheduled tour made with a minimum 2-week notice, will receive a FULL refund of the tour donation. Rescheduling available*. 2.Cancellation of the scheduled tour date made with a 1-week notice, will receive a 25% refund of the tour donation. Rescheduling available*. 3.NO REFUND for cancellations made under a week notice, a “No Show” the day of tour, or for “Failure to Notify of Cancellation”. Participant has 15 days from the missed tour date to reschedule a new tour date without forfeiting tour donation*. 4.Rescheduling is a courtesy provided by Lubee Bat Conservancy (LBC). A maximum of 1 rescheduled tour date is provided. If participant is not able to attend their rescheduled tour date, the tour donation will be forfeited. 5. LBC cannot control the weather or animal emergencies and reserve the right to cancel tours with no notice. Participant will be notified & full refund offered*. *Rescheduling is the sole responsibility of the tour participant.
