Are you a local small business?
An artist, baker, candlestick maker, or conservation champion?
Did you turn a hobby into something amazing and want to share it with the community?
If so, we’d love to review your application.
Florida Bat Festival Vendor Registration open March 1st.
Applications are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Because this is a bat-themed environmental festival, multiple vendors may offer similar products. We encourage applicants to bring creativity, originality, and strong booth presentation to stand out.
💲 Vendor Fees
Vendor fees range from $35 – $200 depending on category and space needs.
📅 Application Deadline: October 3, 2026
⏰ $30 Late fee begins: September 20, 2026
Approved vendors will receive confirmation from the Bat Fest Manager after review.
Please note: Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Applications are evaluated based on:

Product duplication limits

Overall event balance
Applicants who are not approved will be notified.

The Florida Bat Festival is an environmental and wildlife-focused event celebrating conservation, education, and community.
We welcome applications from vendors offering:

Food & beverage vendors

Non-profit organizations
🚫 The following categories do not align with the festival theme and will not be accepted:

Boutique/general retail apparel (non-themed)

Medical services

Non-environmental direct sales

General merchandise unrelated to wildlife or conservation

All proceeds from the Florida Bat Festival directly support:
Lubee Bat Conservancy and our animal care, conservation, and education programs.
Lubee Bat Conservancy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

If vendor space is not the right fit this year, we encourage you to explore becoming a festival sponsor and demonstrate your support for local wildlife conservation.
