For 2 decades, the Florida Bat Festival has been a Favorite Family Friendly Fall Festival and is a beacon of education, conservation, and excitement, AND this year, we're celebrating our 20th Anniversary in grand style! Join Lubee Bat Conservancy on Saturday, October 26th from 10-5pm for a day filled with thrilling activities, captivating exhibits, and unforgettable experiences for the whole family and don’t forget the world’s most famous flying mammal, the bat! And Lubee has the largest bats around!

With incredible activities, vendors, beer garden, & entertainment, and over 5,000 FL residents and out of state visitors attending each year, the Florida Bat Festival is a yearly family friendly fall festival loved by many!

We hope that you’ll take part in our celebration as Lubee continues to spread conservation awareness while enjoying all the batty fun festivities! The FL Bat Festival is a highly anticipated family friendly, fall festival. Every year, the festival becomes a little bigger, as we continuously bring in more local artisans, businesses, conservation groups, FL breweries, & delicious food vendors. There’s something for everyone, from crafts, kids bouncy huts, activities, and nature play areas, to live music, and of course the stars of the event, are our very own beautiful Bats!

The 2023 Florida Bat Festival was attended by 5,100+ visitors! During the festival, attendees had a chance to visit with over 100 vendors, including but not limited to, informational, artisans, crafts, breweries and food merchants. All vendors had another amazing year of selling out of their wares and reaching new customers.

 

Vendor applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. To follow in the theme of the event (BATS), many vendors may be displaying similar items. Be prepared to stand out!

 

Vendor Fees range from $25 -$150.

DEADLINE for applications is October 5th, 2024.

Late fees applied starting September, 23rd 2024. 

 

Approved vendors will receive an email from the Bat Fest Manager shortly after submission. If denied, applicant will be informed. An application submittal does not guarantee participation of the Florida Bat Festival. Approval or denial will be based on event needs, space availability and/or number of duplicated product types.

 The selling of any animal parts is prohibited from sales during the Florida Bat Festival.

If you are not able to participate in this year’s Florida Bat Festival, consider becoming a Sponsor. By sponsoring our event, it demonstrates to the community that you are supporting local conservation endeavors and helping Lubee Bat Conservancy in turn.

All proceeds raised during the Florida Bat Festival supports the Lubee animals and our Conservation/Education Programs.
