BATS ON TOUR OUTREACH PROGRAM
Lubee’s Bats on Tour Outreach Program brings engaging, age-appropriate bat education directly to your school, library, daycare, senior living facility, business, or community organization.
Programs explore bats, their habitats, and conservation, followed by an opportunity to meet Lubee’s Ambat-sadors.
LUBEE AMBAT-SADORS:
Lubee’s Ambat-sadors include fruit bats and native Florida bats.
When Ambat-sadors are present, they remain safely inside their travel enclosures throughout the presentation and are easily visible for guests to observe.

Bats are not removed from their travel enclosures.

Guests may not touch or handle the bats.
PROGRAM FEE: $250
The program fee includes one 60-minute Bats on Tour presentation, including Q&A. Travel within our approved service area is included in the program fee.
TRAVEL:
Bats on Tour is available throughout Alachua County and generally within approximately one hour of Lubee Bat Conservancy.
Travel availability is determined by location and scheduling.
AVAILABILITY & TIME: 11AM - 1PM
Bats on Tour presentations are 60 minutes in length and scheduled based on availability.
Presentation times are offered between 11AM and 1PM and may vary based on travel distance.
A minimum of three weeks' notice is required to schedule.
REQUIREMENTS:
To help make your Bats on Tour presentation a success, the host facility must provide the following:

A projection screen or blank wall for the presentation.

A projector with an HDMI cord. Lubee will bring our laptop.

Available electrical outlets.

One (1) table to set our display on.

One (1) table to set the Ambat-sador travel enclosure(s) on.

Presentation space must be in a climate controlled, enclosed building.

Please Note: All invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date to secure your Bats on Tour reservation. Unpaid reservations may be released after the payment deadline.
