Florida Bat Festival 2019

Lubee Bat Conservancy is excited to welcome you to our 15th Annual Florida Bat Festival to be held Saturday, October 26th!! This year, Lubee is celebrating our 30th Anniversary!! WOOT WOOT WOOT!! Come celebrate with us all as we continue to spread bat conservation awareness and enjoy all the batty fun festivities! This is a great family friendly event, so join us for lots of Batty fun, games, live music, food, and of course the Largest Bats in the world right here in your back yard!  #FLBATFEST 

ADMISSION: 

$5 AGES 5-12

$8 AGES 13 & up

KIDS 4 AND UNDER FREE

THE BEER GARDEN AT BATFEST IS $25 ONLINE and $28 AT GATE (festival entry included).

Things to see during Bat Fest:

- Giant Fruit Bats and Tiny Insectivore Bats.

- Participate in Activities, Games, Children Costume Contest, & Educational Bat Talks. 

- Check out the Raffle Table and support our Conservation and Education programs.

- The Kid's Zone features Bounce Houses provided by SpaceWalk of Gainesville 

- FacePainting by Fabulous Faces!

- BATS, BREWS, and the BEER GARDEN!!! 

    Enjoy unlimited 3oz samples from LOCAL FL BREWERIES!! All ages welcome in Beer Garden

Event Restrictions:

1. No Smoking or Vaping Allowed.
2. No Pets Allowed. Service dogs welcome on grounds. Service dogs are restricted from entering the main Bat Viewing area. This is for the safety of our Bats. The presence of dogs in the Bat Viewing area could cause our Bats to become agitated &/or behave aggresively towards each other &/or cause harm to themselves. Thank you for understanding.
3. The Beer Garden is available to patrons of legal drinking age of 21 & older (October 20th, 1997 or earlier). All Beer Garden participants must drink responsibly. Lubee Bat Conservancy is not liable for any of your negligence.

EVENT WAIVER: 

Lubee Bat Conservancy will have a photographer on site during the Florida Bat Festival hours of 10-5pm. Please know that you may have your picture taken during this event. These pictures will only be used by Lubee Bat Conservancy in Advertising, Social Media, &/or Lubee Publications. By purchasing a ticket to the Florida Bat Festival you agree to have your picture taken, approve of the above statement, and release Lubee Bat Conservancy of any future compensation.
