Conservation Efforts for the Critically Endangered Monkey-faced Bat
Funding Goal = $2,500
This project provides crucial data for one of the world’s most endangered species, the New Georgia monkey-faced bat. Additional funding is needed to ensure that researchers remain in the field until a new cycle of grant funding begins in June, allowing them to continue population surveys, and provide crucial information to local communities and logging companies in unprotected areas on what trees to leave standing that are likely to be used by this species.
